Successful T1 mold trial for lampshade product

We successful finished 8 molds for lampshade product. Because the lead time is very tight, the customer need to get the good T1 sample before Christmas. So we tried our biggest efforts to help the customer to catch the schedule, to put this project in priority, finally we finished these 8 molds within 19-20 days. 

Yesterday and today have finished the first test for 6 molds. All of them have been successful! Our customer is satisfied with good job of WIT MOLD. The last 2 molds will be done the first test tomorrow.

Every quarter, we have a comprehensive summary for working performance, which is calculated by scores. For example, if we get quotation from a new customer, there will be 8 scores; if new customers place order to WIT MOLD, there will be 30 scores for each one, if we share something good with other team members, there will be 5-8 scores each time, but if we make mistakes in daily work, there will be deduction of scores…Once the score reaches 200, we can get RMB500 for award, and if the score reaches 360, we can get RMB2000.

After long time implementation, this method has proved to be effective, everyone can do a good job with great initiative, and their working performance improve at the same time, so we can complete custom plastic injection mold project with high quality.

Hot runner suppliers of WIT MOLD

As per the customer requests we will choose the most suitable hot runner system for each project. WIT MOLD has good relationship with a lot of hot runner suppliers, including INCOE, YUDO, MOLDMASTER, SYNVENTIVE, HASCO, HUSKY, EWIKON, etc. 

If need the technical support, we will invite them to come our factory to join the engineering meeting and to analysis the part together, aims to choose the most cost-effective and reasonable solution to create an high quality plastic injection molds for customers.
