WIT MOLD has a sound rewards and punishment system, which is a good way to motivate every staff move towards their goals.
Every quarter, we have a comprehensive summary for working performance, which is calculated by scores. For example, if we get quotation from a new customer, there will be 8 scores; if new customers place order to WIT MOLD, there will be 30 scores for each one, if we share something good with other team members, there will be 5-8 scores each time, but if we make mistakes in daily work, there will be deduction of scores…Once the score reaches 200, we can get RMB500 for award, and if the score reaches 360, we can get RMB2000.
After long time implementation, this method has proved to be effective, everyone can do a good job with great initiative, and their working performance improve at the same time, so we can complete custom plastic injection mold project with high quality.
