Attached is our water line test machine. The water pressure and flow must be normal value, otherwise has to review the custom paastic mold and improve until qualified. In this way, we can guarantee every mold ship to customer with good conditions.

Red one means the project is very urgent, entering into the red alter, all staff need to try best to catch up T1 time.

Yellow means the project need to arrange well, or it will go into the alter.

Green means project goes very well, just keeping on the manufacturing process, then can meet the T1 time well.

Mold designing in WIT MOLD

At WIT MOLD the tool designing is not just a job, but an honor. As we know that the custom plastic mold design is the soul of a tool. So our designer have more than 8 years working experience in this industrial. 

We will have regular training to support they learn more professional knowledges, also let they study more new technology, to ensure every mold are built with the most reasonable design. The designer is responsible for their designed tool, and will also pay attention on the processing of mold making. They will support the project manager to make the mold successful finished.

There are 2 large moulds of HOPPER successfully made by WIT MOLD recently. The size is 750x1080x1062mm and750x1170x1072mm, which were shipped out the late September. The lead time is 7 weeks.
