Air condition workshop in WIT MOLD

Design Control in WIT MOLD

As we know that design is extremely important for whole project. To make this job well done, there is strict design control in WIT MOLD.

1. A pre-design meeting between manufacturing, project and design departments will be hold to work out the best solution for mold making.

2. Every 2D and 3D design need to be approved by the Design Manager who is highly experienced in mold making and the injection molding industry.

3. The design will be presented and fully communicated with customer to secure their final approval.

With design control, we can satisfy customer’s expectations, guarantee the custom injection mold good quality and on-time delivery.

The project management system in WIT MOLD

The project management system in WIT MOLD is very efficient, which distinguish us from other suppliers.

WIT Mold employs a project "team" and "Little John Wayne" organization. The members of the project "team" include one project manager, one CNC team leader, one EDM team leader and one mold assembly team leader. This system is very high efficient and has led to more than 1000 successful custom plastic mould projects.

Mold quality control- Three inspection in WIT MOLD

In WIT MOLD, the quality control of mould manufcturing is very strict, each work piece will through three inspection to ensure the dimension is correct.

The first inspection is made by self. After finished the machining, the staff will check the workpiece within the tolerance.

The second inspection is made by the next process. Upon receive the workpiece from the last process, they will check it to ensure the tolerance is correct. If it is not correct they will reject it.

The third inspection is made by QC department, to check the dimension is right as per the customer drawing.

After that, we can ensure the high quality of each custom plastic injection mould.

Shock Isolation Groove in WIT MOLD Facility

In WIT MOLD facility, there is a shock isolation groove. In the picture, you will see it is in the middle. Our QC department is on the left, and on the right it’s mold assembly area. Sometimes there may be certain shock when do mold assembly, to guarantee accurate measuring result, a shock isolation groove is made between the two areas.
