In WIT MOLD, the quality control of mould manufcturing is very strict, each work piece will through three inspection to ensure the dimension is correct.
The first inspection is made by self. After finished the machining, the staff will check the workpiece within the tolerance.
The second inspection is made by the next process. Upon receive the workpiece from the last process, they will check it to ensure the tolerance is correct. If it is not correct they will reject it.
The third inspection is made by QC department, to check the dimension is right as per the customer drawing.
After that, we can ensure the high quality of each custom plastic injection mould.
