Working capacity of WIT MOLD factory

Today we successfully shipped out a custome plastic mold for a French customer after T1. This project has very tight lead time—T1 on 15th May. After taking this project, we put it into priority and finally complete machining on 13th May, which is 2 days ahead of schedule!

For WIT MOLD, The maximum capacity of our factory is 80%, we never do 100% in case any urgent situation. This is why WIT MOLD can do a good job for urgent projects. Quality control notes in WIT MOLD factory

Many customers said that our plastic injection mould is high quality. They ask us how to do it. As per our quality control system, each of the work piece will through 3 inspection. The first is checked by self, so it had some notes on the machines to remind the staff to check the work pieces machined by themselves. The notes list several detailed checking options, for example, whether cleaned the flash of the work piece? Whether checked the right angle of the work piece? Whether checked the machining coordinate as per the drawings? Whether checked the tolerance is correct after the machining, etc.
