New engineer members joined WIT MOLD team

This week, WIT MOLD team introduced two new members, one is project engineer, the other is quote engineer. Both of them have more than 8~10 years experiences in mold industry, who are very familiar the mold structure and technology of many kinds of custom plastic mould. The quote engineer had more than 7 years experiences of mold designer and 3 years experiences of quote engineer before. After they joined, we have more confidence that we will to provide more quickly quote and professional engineering support for you in future.

In the future, if you need our plastic injection molding on the project, please freely let us know. WIT MOLD team will do the best to provide the DFM to support you win the job from the customer.

One UK customer visited WIT MOLD factory on April 19, 2016

Today we are pleased to have one UK customer visited WIT MOLD factory.

He commented that WIT MOLD facility is very nice, organized and under very good management. WIT MOLD has already successfully exported 2 molds to their USA molding facility, which are running very well for half year. We both want to cooperate with each other longer. I believe that the high quality custom plastic mould and good company planning will bring us more customers.

Big automotive mold under blue-in(fitting machine) at WIT MOLD

Today one of our mold is under blue-in process. This is an automotive mold for a Mexico customer, and the part is a bumper component. It’s very big, about 7000kg, so Blue-in press is needed.

One of German customer's purchase group visited WIT MOLD factory on April 16,2016

Last Saturday, one of our German customer’s purchase group visited WIT MOLD factory. Their company is the largest manufacturer of home appliances in Europe and one of the leading companies in the sector worldwide. After the visit, they’re very satisfied of our good management, efficient project management system and humanization company culture, etc. The customer promised if have a suitable chance they will give us a project as a trial, it will be good for us to know each other’s standard and request.

One of New Zealand customer visited WIT MOLD factory on April 15, 2016

One of New Zealand’s customer’s representatives visited WIT MOLD, a plastic injection molding factory last Friday. They’re the national brand of electrical kitchen appliances in New Zealand’s, to manufactures & markets a range of innovative household appliances product.

On Friday, we had a very pleased time together and kept in the same opinion on the mold design is very important than the manufacturing, as it is the first step to build a good mold and product. After the meeting, we got an opportunity to quote a new project for them. We believe it is the good beginning for us and we will have the chance to work together in near future.
