Today we had the seasonal summary meeting, to evaluate our comprehensive working preference.

The summary is also our awarding time. According to WIT MOLD performance appraisal system, if the comprehensive score(performance, customer development, share, daily performance…) reaches 200, there will be RMB500 award, if reaches 280, award RMB1000, and award RMB2000 if score reaches 360. This time, Beta and Bonnie got the award for good working performance. They are so happy to get the award, and will work harder to be better next time.

These two projects both started after the Chinese New Year holiday, and now had finished T1, the customers are very satisfied with the samples after test. There are small modification need to do in T2, which can be finished early next week. After T2, I believe it will be ok for shipping.
