Our sales team set a mold sales target for December

There is motivation to do anything good if both reward and punishment are set. Yesterday our sales team set a mold sales targetfor December and wrote letters of commitment. If target reached, we can get what we eager for or do something we want to do. If unreached, there will be punishment, which is we never want to do!

To get reward and avoid punishment, I believe each of us will try best to achieve the goal! Hope we can get some support from you!
