Injection mold should not have too long heating time

Plastic injection mold some functions be strengthened. We call function refers to the size of its moisture absorption. However, this depends on what is the use of injection mold material. Nature of the material determines the level of performance. And the heating time after the issue also involved.

     
Injection mold because of the use of crystalline plastics absorb moisture relatively small, can not be preheated before molding, melt viscosity is small, the molding is not easy to break down, good flow properties, flow properties are more sensitive to pressure changes, a longer heating time prone to decomposition. So there should not be too long injection mold heating time for the production of products which play a limiting role. Because the production and manufacture of products will certainly be a set of rules were defined, so that it can form the best mold processing products.
